Located in the heart of Antwerp, CAOS is a restaurant and Mezcaleria that introduces innovative dishes rooted in Mexican culinary heritage. We celebrate Mexican cuisine with high-quality, local, and seasonal ingredients to create exceptional, contemporary dishes. 
The quality of ingredients is more important than ever, especially nowadays. Therefore, we are committed to using the highest quality ingredients locally available.

Dedicated to providing a curated, unforgettable experience that extends beyond our food menu, our curated selection of artisanal spirits reflects the flavors and ethos of our cuisine, allowing our extraordinary ingredients to shine. Our menu is designed for sharing and paired with our signature Mezcal and Tequila cocktails, creating an environment where the concept of time becomes nothing more than a fleeting idea.

Mezcalería

We invite you to explore the rich heritage and distinct flavors of two of Mexico’s most revered spirits: mezcal and tequila. Crafted from the agave plant, they embody centuries of tradition and artisanal craftsmanship.

Tequila is made exclusively from blue agave, refined and primarily produced in Jalisco. Renowned for its versatility, tequila ranges from the crisp, unaged Blanco to the deeply nuanced Extra Añejo, aged for over three years. Mezcal is celebrated for its complex, smoky flavor, achieved through the traditional roasting of agave hearts in underground pits. Each sip reveals the soul of Oaxaca and other regions, where diverse agave species contribute to a blend of flavors. Our curated selection of mezcal showcases the dedication of master mezcaleros, offering a journey through the diverse landscapes of Mexico.

At CAOS, our drinks selection features artisanal mezcal, emphasizing small-batch productions that support the agave ecosystem and honor traditional production methods. With Belgium’s largest collection of small-batch mezcal, we highlight underdog distillates from the world of agave spirits. We offer tastings and expert pairings with our innovative dishes, celebrating the rich heritage and sustainability of mezcal making.
